  • Lebanese customs clearance declarations in accordance with the specific form of the Republic of Lebanon.
  • Import license from the Government of Lebanon.
  • Insurance certificate issued by the insurance service provider approved by the Government of Lebanon..
  • Inspection certificate .
  • Temporary shipping certificates.
  • Purchase order or letter of approval between the Lebanese importer and the supplier of goods outside Lebanon..
  • Goods packing list
  • Commercial invoice issued by the producer and exporter of goods.
  • Certificate of origin issued by the country of origin of the goods sent and imported.
  • Comesa Certificate of Origin
  • Certificate of analysis of the goods sent..
  • Commercial sales certificate of the goods sent..
  • If the goods are not commercially concerned, a sale certificate shall be attached by the exporter with the goods sent.
  • Certificate on the weight of the goods.
  • The original invoice shall be certified by the Lebanese Consulate.
